EPISODE I

Once upon a time

In a galaxy far, far away...

Yoda wondered:

what if God is not Darth, an old,

angry white guy --

but the living power in everything around him?

What if God is the gentle pulse beneath his skin, a current that hums through every cell?

What if the love energy he's been

searching for is already flowing through the

trees, the wind, the laughter, the silence?

It reminds us we are part of everything

It's not lightening.

II's a soft, vibrant charge.

A subtle vibration that opens the chest,

makes the body feel alive.

Could it be Love?

Or more than a feeling?

It is energy, alive,

a spirit that dances along the currents of life.

All of it waiting for us to notice.

All of it waiting for us to awaken.

Be still, and know that we are aspects of God,

together here to co-create our experiences of life.

Episode II

The Dark Side

In another part of the galaxy,

a different current flows --

heavy, dark, commanding.

Fear presses the chest, calls for control,

and pulls attention outward instead of inward.

Whispers of loss, pain, and power slipping away,

calling for control, gripping the heart. 

But we cannot have love without fear, light without dark,

or joy without sorrow.

Duality is born. Even this energy is alive,

and like love, it is part of the Force,

waiting to be noticed and understood,

waiting to see which path each person chooses.

This is the Dark Side, not just anger,

but the shadow of fear trying to survive.

And still it is an aspect of the Force.

Do we surender to the Dark Side - the fear? Or Love - the trust?
